An assembly of talented Black women dive into a New York Brownstone to show a side of history many of us never knew about. Wahlid’s concept and content refreshes the visual senses and the documentary flows with continuous dialogue – for there is much more to be said about the true image of womaness. I recommend checking it out – the film; real with emotions and dialogues between Black women and the world around us. Certainly worth my vote.
