The Library of Congress (LOC) collection is impressive. The above photo is part of the ‘Prints & Photography’ collection highlights’ of LOC and is found in ‘The Paris Exposition of 1900′. So, for those of you who have yet to experience the grandeur of LOC, make it a New Year’s resolution to start exploring all the library has to offer.
